We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where data is not always readily available—you will be expected to dig in, connect the dots, and build insights from the ground up. This position requires advanced Excel expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to gather data and develop actionable insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8-10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience
- Advanced Excel expertise (SME level required)
- modeling, data manipulation, complex formulas
- Naturally curious and enjoys digging into data
- Self-starter who takes initiative without needing direction
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
