Description The Financial Analyst, Finance supports financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business decision-making activities across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide timely financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze business performance, and ensure the accuracy of financial information. The Financial Analyst contributes to operational efficiency by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while supporting strategic initiatives and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational data to support business performance, planning, and decision-making. Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, financial models, and reporting tools to support organizational objectives. Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and key performance indicators, providing recommendations and actionable insights to management. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial close activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, resolve issues, and support strategic and operational initiatives. Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial governance requirements.
