Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support financial planning, product costing, and performance analysis for the business in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role partners closely with teams across product development, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver insights that guide profitability and investment decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product development teams to evaluate pricing, margin, and cost assumptions so new offerings align with financial targets.
  • Serve as the finance representative on cross-functional initiatives related to product launches, operational planning, and commercial activities.
  • Develop customized financial models, forecasts, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership and business partners.
  • Monitor business performance by reviewing spending, product costs, labor expenses, capital usage, and overall profit and loss results.
  • Produce recurring financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring action.
  • Assist with period-end close activities to help ensure reporting is completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Investigate budget-to-actual variances and prepare clear explanations for stakeholders, including marketing and business leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and quantify the financial impact of savings initiatives.
  • Prepare financial support and analysis for capital funding requests and other strategic investment proposals.
