Job Description

Roch Capital, a privately held capital management firm, headquartered in Glen Mills, PA is hiring a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst. This position reports in office 5 days a week. The Sr. Real Estate Analyst will provide analysis and support, including research of data and manipulation of data, in order to analyze potential commercial real estate investment/acquisition opportunities that match portfolio goals. Once assets are under management, the candidate will assist with the ongoing analysis of the operations and performance of the existing portfolio of properties. The role will have the opportunity for growth as the team continues to build the overall commercial real estate platform of the Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Functions:
Underwrite real estate investment opportunities through financial modelling to calculate potential investment returns on a deal level basis. Correspond with brokers, operating partners, and other sources to obtain information and diligence materials to effectively underwrite deals. Update pipeline materials for Roch's weekly pipeline meetings. Support the transaction process during due diligence and assist in the coordination efforts between internal and external parties. Work on a variety of asset management functions, including but not limited to asset valuations, refinancings, dispositions, ROI analyses, and hold-sell analyses. Work directly with Asset Managers and property-level teams to produce internal reports summarizing operating performance and key metrics. Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of analytic responsibilities.
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Hospitality specialization preferable. Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or another business-related field also acceptable.
