Also analyzes and verifies company records following organizational rules and industry privacy standards, and has access to control data integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
All Accounts Payable across multiple companies Receipt of raw materials and packaging into inventory Receive, process, and record company credit card expenses based on monthly expense reports from employees Communicate with vendors regarding payables Assist with physical inventory count Credit and collections projects Ad hoc analysis projects as needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-2 years of experience in Accounting •Manufacturing accounting or food/beverage manufacturing experience a plus!
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience with using SAP or an integrated ERP system, or willingness to learn Intermediate knowledge of Excel Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, cost accounting, with a willingness to grow and learn A desire to develop more efficient yet accurate ways to complete tasks assigned and contribute new ideas on how to improve certain departmental processes Flexible, able to balance workload with guidance from management if needed, and openness to change Ability to work independently when needed, but also has an eagerness to learn and advance in their Accounting skills Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Extraordinary interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with other departments Must be able to analyze data, draw conclusions, interpret results, and make recommendations Let's get to the good stuff.
