Financial Analyst

Description We are seeking a Contract FP& A Manager for an approximately 90‑day engagement to support core financial planning and modeling while we search for a full‑time hire.

Responsibilities:

+ Own and execute budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities + Maintain, update, and refine the company's financial models + Ensure accuracy and consistency across forecasts, assumptions, and drivers + Work directly within a financial planning tool (Aleph preferred or similar) + Support month‑end close and OPEX workflows in partnership with Accounting + Perform variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast) and investigate drivers + Provide reliable, timely financial data to finance leadership + Deliver immediate impact in a short‑term, fast‑ramp contract environment Requirements Required Qualifications + 5-10 years of FP& A or related finance experience + Strong foundational FP& A skills, particularly: + Budgeting + Forecasting and reforecasting + Financial modeling + Hands‑on financial modeling experience (building and maintaining models directly) + Experience using planning tools such as Aleph or closely related systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful) + Comfort partnering with Accounting on month‑end close, accruals, and OPEX tracking + Proven ability to operate as a hands‑on executor (doer), not just a reviewer + Ability to ramp quickly and work independently in a ~90‑day contract role + Comfortable working fully remote while supporting Central Time business hours Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
