Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Football Coach. This leadership role involves developing athletes' skills, fostering team spirit, and promoting sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring student-athletes. Prior experience in teaching, or coaching sports is highly desirable. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on students' athletic and personal development. Responsibilities Plan and execute practice sessions to improve team skills, strategies, and fitness levels Lead the team during competitions, ensuring adherence to game rules and sportsmanship standards Develop training programs tailored to individual athlete needs and team goals Foster a positive team environment that encourages discipline, teamwork, and personal growth Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance Coordinate with school administration and parents regarding team activities and athlete development Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and games Promote character development and good behavior among student-athletes through behavior management techniques Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly football or similar team sports. Strong background in working with students in athletic settings. Knowledge of behavior management strategies to foster discipline and respect among players. Ability to lead by example with excellent communication skills. This position is integral to shaping student-athletes' athletic abilities while emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.
