We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Manufacturing Launch Finance Team. In this role, you won't just be "crunching numbers"—you will be a key business partner to our operating teams, helping to ensure our future products are launched successfully and cost-effectively. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, complex formulas, modeling).

• Salary grade 5, ranges from $65,100
• 109,300., and salary grade 8, ranges from $99,100
• 166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value. Drive Data Analysis:

Perform physical-based financial analysis to provide the Launch Director with actionable insights for critical decision-making.

Coordinate Plant Operations:

Partner with plant finance teams to track program changes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive lower launch costs.

Forecast & Consolidate:

Assist in the consolidation of plant forecasts, ensuring accuracy and providing the "story" behind the numbers for senior management.

Modernize Workflows:

Actively use and implement new technologies to automate reporting and modernize legacy finance processes.

Support Month-End:

Execute month-end close activities, including performance reporting and variance analysis.

Ad Hoc Support:

Provide analytical support for special studies, pilot plant operations, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
