    • Position Overview
    • The
    • Financial Analyst, Sales Operations
    • will play a key role in supporting
    • Salesforce-based inventory management (Great Wave platform)
    • , ensuring data accuracy, resolving system discrepancies, and supporting end-to-end operational issue resolution. This role is highly focused on being
    • Salesforce-savvy, Excel expert-level, and strong in problem-solving
    • , with the ability to quickly diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions across Sales Operations and related business functions.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Manage and support
    • Salesforce inventory processes (Great Wave platform)
    • , including troubleshooting discrepancies, order issues, returns, and data integrity concerns + Serve as a
    • Salesforce subject matter expert
    • for inventory, territory alignment, user access, and hierarchy structures + Utilize
    • advanced Excel skills
    • to analyze data, validate transactions, and support operational reporting needs + Partner with Sales Operations, Logistics, and cross-functional teams to resolve system and data-related issues + Conduct
    • root cause analysis
    • on inventory and order flow issues and recommend corrective actions + Ensure accurate and timely resolution of Salesforce-related tickets and operational inquiries + Support reporting needs as required, with
    • Power BI as a plus (not required)
    • + Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance Salesforce data integrity and workflow efficiency
    • Skills & Qualifications
    • + Strong
    • Salesforce expertise (required)
    • , particularly in inventory or operational data environments + Advanced
    • Microsoft Excel skills (required)
    • , including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis + Strong
    • problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
    • with ability to work independently + Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues in a fast-paced environment + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
    • Minimum Requirements
    • + Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience preferred) + 5+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or Salesforce-based environments + Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce data management and inventory workflows
    • Preferred Experience
    • + Experience with
    • Great Wave or similar Salesforce inventory systems
    • + Exposure to
    • Oracle Logistics systems
    • + Power BI experience is a plus but not required
    • Pay Details:
    • $45.
