Job Purpose The Financial Analyst reports to the Regional Manufacturing Controller and is responsible for the North America Agriculture Region's Reserves and InDirect Purchase Orders. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working a minimum three (3) days on-site at our plant in Racine, WI and maximum two (2) days remote/home office. Key Responsibilities Central touch point for all North America Agriculture Plants Cross Functional Collaboration (Central, Finance, Purchasing, Agriculture Plants, etc.) Activities may include general ledger entries; financial analysis and reporting; focus on reserve accounting for raw inventory and crib as well as excess and obsolete Activities will include assistance with workflow and past due invoices Oversee purchase actual order spend vs forecasts Aligning full year purchase orders to most recent forecasts Ensure compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements Other related duties as assigned - likely plant assistance during SAP implementations Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of GAAP Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing environment #LI-EF1 Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $106,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
