Type:

full-time Financial Reporting Analyst We are seeking candidates for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join a highly successful financial services firm located in Quincy, MA. This position will support the Global Cybersecurity business operations across financial planning, procurement, reporting, vendor management, and process improvement. This role will partner with Finance, Procurement, TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management), HR, and Technology teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business operations, procurement, or financial services. This is a 6-9+ month contract position that will pay $40-50/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position supports a hybrid work model in their office.

Responsibilities:

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. Assist with procurement activities including POs, sourcing, contract renewals, vendor spend, and supplier management. Support third-party risk management (TPRM) and vendor governance activities. Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support planning and forecasting. Assist with demand management and tracking of cybersecurity resources and expenses. Identify opportunities to improve financial, procurement, and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Provide administrative and project support as needed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business operations, procurement, or financial services. Strong financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel/MS Office skills; Power BI, Workday, ServiceNow, Beeline, Power Automate, or Power Apps a plus. Understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and operate in a fast-paced environment. State Street experience preferred. Experience with cybersecurity, information security, or third-party risk is a plus.
