Join a continuosly growing organizatin in the manufacturing industry Hybrid model with 2 days WFH and flexible hours About Our Client I am partnered with a global $3B food and commodities manufacturer in Roselle, IL on a Senior FP&A Analyst, Commercial Finance. My client is continuously growing organically and through acquisitions, brings a strong company culture and internal growth path, and is looking to pour resources into a strong analyst ready to step up into a Senior Analyst role. Our client is looking for a strong analyst within commercial finance ready for a step up into a Senior FP&A Analyst, Commercial Finance into their largest product line in CPG. The role will partner directly with commercial, operations, marketing, and sales to identify growth strategies using financial data and analysis.
Job Description Senior FP&A Analyst, Commercial Finance Responsibilities:
Lead Financial Planning Processes:
Develop and manage monthly, rolling three-month, quarterly, and full year updates, as well as Annual Operating Plan and 5-Year Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Track Strategic Performance:
Establish and track strategic KPIs tied to key business objectives and long-term organizational success.
Conduct Scenario and Sensitivity Analyses:
Analyze certain sensitivity analyses, and "what-if" scenarios where appropriate related to pricing, volume, and operational disruptions (e.g., plant shutdowns).
Provide Cross-Functional Financial Support:
Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e., contracting, / sales, operations, marketing, and product) to provide financial guidance and business support.
Deliver Variance Analysis and Business Insights:
Prepare comprehensive variance analysis narratives to the team to help clarify business results and drive actionable insights for operational improvement. Visualize Insights for

The Successful Applicant Senior FP&A Analyst, Commercial Finance Requirements:
