We're partnering with a well-established Twin Cities company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst

• Pricing & Commercial Finance to join its FP&A team.

This role will work closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to support pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, customer profitability, and strategic decision-making. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct partnership with Sales and Commercial leadership Opportunity to influence pricing and profitable revenue growth Blend of commercial finance, pricing analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling Strong focus on Power BI, Sigma, reporting, and data-driven decision-making Excellent long-term career growth opportunity What You'll Do Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on pricing, revenue, volume, mix, and profitability Perform price-volume-mix (PVM) and customer profitability analysis Develop business cases for pricing, new customers, renewals, and strategic initiatives Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools Develop financial models and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and processes What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, or related experience Strong understanding of pricing, revenue drivers, profitability, and financial performance Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or business leaders Experience with pricing, PVM, customer profitability, or commercial forecasting Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI experience Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills SQL, Databricks, CRM, or value-based pricing experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $95,000
