Join Our Community of Food People! The Treasury Analyst is responsible for completion of the daily cash position, supporting users of various bank portals, and compiling consolidated reports of bank fees and credit card fees. This role has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote.
Responsibilities:
Compile the consolidated cash position of the company on a daily basis using various banking websites. Research issues and recommend solutions. Assist in borrowing or debt paydown decisions. Assist in the reporting of cash activity to Controllers Group. Process wire transfer or ACH payments to external parties via the bank website for further approval by either the Senior Treasury Analyst or Treasury Manager. Daily, review bank account balances to ensure no negative account balances exist. Complete electronic check deposits. Daily, review and research ACH fraud filter items. Partner with Tax Department to manage cash withdrawals by various taxing authorities. Monthly, download bank analysis fee statements and credit card processing fee statements. Assist Senior Treasury Analyst with review of services and pricing. Make recommendations for account and service changes and eliminations. Assist Senior Treasury Analyst in completing banking website maintenance for users throughout the organization. Weekly, assist Senior Treasury Analyst with updating a short-term cash flow forecast. Coordinate with banks to open and close bank accounts when necessary. Provide support for Senior Treasury Analyst's daily tasks as needed. Work with the Treasury Manager on projects related to acquisitions, bank account management, and other cash management strategies. Assist with ad hoc projects and inquiries as needed. Other duties as assigned by manager.
Relationships:
Internal:
Works directly with Senior Treasury Analyst and Treasury Manager; works with Controllers Group staff and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax.
External:
Works with customer service representatives of multiple banks. Participates in meetings with banking partners, typically VP, Treasury Management Sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
0-1 years of business experience (internship and/or general office) Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Prioritization/Organization/Multi-tasking

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or related analytical field required
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in obtaining the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000
