Exempt Salaried Position Purpose:

The Financial Analyst II will compile and analyze financial information integral to the core objectives and requirements of each department. Principle Accountabilities Responsible for consolidating reports, month-end journal entries, audit requests, scheduling, reoccurring meetings and providing regular system maintenance for companies various manufacturing locations across North America. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations of business units Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports and ensures that financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to manager. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Any and all financial analyst related tasks as directed by supervisor Essential Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles Supports cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis, manufacturing cost reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation of cost-related accounts across manufacturing locations. Proficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills and a proven ability to build complex financial models Proficiency in Consolidation and ERP softwares, such as LV and JDE, preferred Knowledge of Cost Accounting Systems, preferred Experience with SQL, preferred Must be results and deadline oriented with an ability to manage multiple assignments and work extended hours as dictated by the workload A strong desire to professionally grow and the ability to enthusiastically embrace new challenges Must be a team player with an ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization Why Choose IPG?
