The Senior Treasury Analyst will support Capital Markets activities with a primary focus on lender reporting, collateral analysis, borrowing base preparation, compliance monitoring, and recurring reporting. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting to lenders and other external stakeholders, while also supporting process automation, data validation, and cross-functional coordination across Treasury, Accounting, Operations, Legal, and IT/Data teams This role is based out of our Greenville, SC office. Responsibilities Prepare, validate, and distribute lender reporting packages including borrowing base reports, collateral stratifications, covenant reporting, funding requests, and monthly servicer reports Maintain a detailed reporting calendar for all lender, trustee, servicer, backup servicer, and verification-agent deliverables to ensure timely submission and internal review Monitor eligibility criteria, concentration limits, excess spread, advance rates, reserve requirements, triggers, and other facility-specific reporting requirements Own or support data extraction, transformation, and validation processes used in lender reporting, with particular attention to report accuracy, version control, documentation, and auditability Reconcile loan-level collateral data to servicing, general ledger, trust, borrowing base, and lender reporting records, and resolve discrepancies before external distribution Interpret and apply credit agreement, servicing agreement, trust, covenant, eligibility, concentration, and reporting definitions to recurring lender deliverables Respond to lender, trustee, collateral agent, verification agent, and backup servicer questions related to reported data, collateral performance, covenant compliance, and reporting methodology Maintain process documentation, report templates, data dictionaries, and control checklists for LendDirect Trust reporting to support continuity and cross-training Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, improve data controls, reduce key-person dependency, and strengthen reporting governance Maintain evidence of review, approvals, reconciliations, and controls supporting lender reporting and covenant compliance Manage and enhance financial models focused on asset selection and predictive analytics ensuring compliance with Credit Agreements Assist in managing lender audits Continual enhancement of controls while monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance Coordinate and prepare necessary material for investor presentations, management reporting, and other necessary reporting requests Perform ad-hoc analyses, provide decision support, and perform other duties as assigned Develop and maintain strong communication with cross-functional departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited college or university 4+ years of prior experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or similar role Strong Excel modeling and data validation skills; experience working with loan-level data, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data tools preferred. Excellent communication skills with acute attention to detail Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve Demonstrated ability to work under recurring deadline pressure with a high degree of accuracy Comfort working with large datasets and translating data into lender-ready and management-ready reporting Experience with structured finance, warehouse facilities, securitizations, lender reporting, borrowing base certificates, or trust/servicer reporting is a plus Ability to interpret credit agreements, indentures, servicing agreements, reporting requirements, and covenant definitions is a plus This role is based out of our Greenville, SC office.
Base Salary:
$90,000 - $125,000 USD The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
