This search is being conducted by Steve Spinello.
This is not a back-office reporting role. You'll be in the business, partnering with plant leaders, owning key financial processes, and helping drive real results across cost, cash, inventory, and productivity.

Partner with site leadership to improve cost, cash, and margin performanceLead reporting on key plant metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cashAnalyze manufacturing cost structure, inventory, and value stream performanceDrive excess and obsolete inventory analysis and process improvementPerform variance analysis across material, conversion, productivity, volume, and mixSupport month-end close, journal entries, and reporting packagesHelp lead cross-functional operational improvement projectsWhy this role stands out:
