Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial modeling, and experience working in fast-paced environments. Experience in manufacturing settings is a plus, as it provides valuable context for understanding industry-specific financial metrics. This position is essential for driving financial insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business strategies and operational decisions. Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide company initiatives. Prepare accurate and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of financial goals. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Assist in the development of financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance accuracy and compliance. Support month-end and year-end closing processes with detailed analysis and reporting. Participate in special projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, or new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing presentations, and providing strategic insights to stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus, as it enhances understanding of industry-specific financial considerations. Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst with a track record of delivering actionable insights. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Prior experience working within manufacturing environments is advantageous but not mandatory; however, familiarity with manufacturing processes will be beneficial for this role.
Pay:
