You will be the Financial Analyst Associate for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Associate you will be responsible for leading day‑to‑day program finance activities, including execution analysis, program performance analytics, financial planning, and stakeholder support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage program business and financial performance from proposal through closeout. Execute earned value management (performance analytics) and report program‑level financial performance. Develop financial forecasts and long‑range plans to guide decision‑making on various programs. Collaborate with central and program personnel on new system implementations. Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and communicate results to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent Desire for continuous learning and a being part of an effective teamDesired Skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
- Knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle
- Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC))
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
