Garland TX, In office Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. This position will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business decision-making in a high-volume, internet-based retail environment. The ideal candidate has strong accounting and analytical skills, hands-on NetSuite experience, and the ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and sales tax is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, management reports, and financial statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses .
• Compare actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods , identifying and explaining significant variances.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting .
• Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Use NetSuite to research transactions, analyze data, create reports, and maintain saved searches and dashboards.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, operating costs, cash flow, working capital, and other key financial metrics.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Merchandising, and other departments to gather and analyze financial and operational information.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and ad hoc financial projects as needed, including quarterly actual vs budget analysis by department.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvements while maintaining accurate, well-documented financial analyses.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Hands-on NetSuite experience is required. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related finance role. Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an e-commerce, retail, or commercial high-volume transaction environment. Experience creating NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, and customized reports. Experience with financial modeling and long-term forecasting. Experience analyzing gross margin, inventory, sales, and operating expenses.
