Qualifications:

A minimum of a Diploma/GED required. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is preferred. 1-3 years financial analysis experience is required. Midstream energy business (gathering and processing, pipeline, fractionation or storage) or related field is preferred. Experience in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook, and Project are required. Ability to quickly learn new applications such as Oracle, PI, and others. Ability to interpret, organize, chart, graph and present large amounts of data into useful management information.

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operation/Financial Analyst to support Operations & Maintenance functions through detailed budget performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting. This role will involve preparing financial reports, monitoring equipment and employee performance metrics, and supporting compliance initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and a keen ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. O&M budget performance (actual versus plan with variance explanations). Annual budget preparations (Hyperion). - System availability (downtime). Employee performance (overtime, days off, etc.). Incident tracking (safety, environmental, regulatory, compliance). Identifying ways to spend more efficiently. Assisting in reviewing rate sheets to invoices. Coordinating the integration of redlines into design services and tracking the progress. Ensuring the MOCs are moving forward for Maintenance activities Equipment performance (failures). Management information will be in the form of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to corporate and field management. Special projects and reports.
