Sub-Family Definition Treasury Management is responsible for the delivery, support, sales, implementation, and servicing of treasury management products and solutions.
Activities may include:
Marketing, selling, implementing, and supporting treasury products and services.
Managing client onboarding, service delivery, fulfillment, and operational support activities.
Supporting payment, cash management, liquidity, reporting, digital banking, and related treasury solutions.
Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and utilization of treasury services.
Identifying opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and business performance. Career Specialization Definition The Treasury Management Implementations focus provides operational, analytical, and client support for treasury products and services, including assisting with onboarding, documentation, and implementation of client solutions.
Activities may include:
Coordinating workflow across sales, operations, and product partners
Supporting inter-bank and treasury activities in line with policy
Assisting in monitoring, processing, and confirming treasury transactions and liquidity positions to ensure accurate execution
