Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience We're looking for a motivated, dependable Financial Coordinator to join our growing dental team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients, and is comfortable taking on additional leadership responsibilities to help support daily office operations.
Responsibilities include:
Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients Coordinating insurance benefits and payment arrangements Managing patient accounts and collections Supporting daily office operations and assisting with workflow, team accountability, and problem-solving Helping ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment acceptance
Qualifications:
Previous dental financial coordinating or dental front office experience required Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking and working in a leadership-support capacity Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented Must be available to work at least one weekend day
