You will play a key role in protecting the company's financial health and do so by monitoring daily cash balances, forecasting future funding needs based on upcoming projects, and establishing and maintaining relationships with capital partners to manage asset backed facilities. Builders Capital Exchange is the nation's largest private construction lender, offering innovative financing solutions to a wide spectrum of developers and homebuilders. What You'll Do:
Provide on-going cash management and capital usage analysis including forecasting daily and weekly cash flow. Assist with capital facility management by preparing transaction requests, reconciling activity and monitoring facility compliance. Support loan sales activity through preparing, reviewing and executing trades as directed. Maintain internal and external treasury and capital partner reporting . Use analytical perspective and business acumen to provide insight and generate recommendations on improving business performance. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Previous experience in treasury management and/or finance industry. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities with understanding of cash flow concepts and principles. Strong excel, data management and analytical skills are a must. Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus. Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, motivation to learn and master new skills. Ability to communicate financial concepts to business leaders, both orally and in writing. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple objectives at any one time. Willing to assume duties and projects to further the goals of the company.
