Senior Financial Analyst Salary:
$90,000-$108,000

Full-Time Why You Should Consider This Opportunity High-visibility role with the opportunity to influence key financial and operational decisions Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners Take ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting that directly impacts business performance Opportunity to help shape and improve FP&A processes across the organization Leverage automation, AI, and emerging technology to drive greater efficiency and enhance financial reporting Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and support strategic business decisions Prepare and enhance KPI reporting across key metrics including volume, margins, labor, freight, inventory, productivity, and customer profitability Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Partner with business leaders to review financial performance, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations Lead financial discussions with key stakeholders and effectively communicate findings to both financial and non-financial audiences Evaluate business cases and assumptions to help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and financial processes through automation, AI, and technology Improve the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of financial reporting and analysis Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4-7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large and complex data sets Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
Compensation:
$90,000-$108,000 depending on experience #
