Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing and assuring provider compensation is current and accurate.
Essential Job Duties:
Tracks compensation issues through to resolution Provides Service Line Leaders and recruitment with compensation information Assists in compensation design and recommends elements for revision Tracks contractual performance measures related to compensation are met by the timeline Coordinates compensation changes Reports on completion and success of performance metrics Monitors compensation for needed changes and coordinates changes through to completion Performs audits of compensation to agreements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. Three to five years of experience. Experience in health care environment preferred. Why Bellin Health?
