Job Description
In the Financial Planning and Analysis Intern position, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis while helping Finance improve reporting, forecasting and business insights. You'll work with financial data and technology to identify trends, improve processes and support informed business decisions. What You'll Do and Impact:
Support financial planning and analysis by preparing monthly reporting packages used by Finance and business leaders to understand performance. Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends and key business drivers and support forecasting and other forward-looking analyses. Help automate recurring financial reporting using Power BI and AI tools to reduce manual processes and improve visibility into business performance. Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests and process improvements that support informed decision-making. Communicate financial findings and recommendations through clear presentations and data-driven storytelling. Support periodic tax-related activities, including tax reconciliations and other financial analyses, in partnership with Finance and Accounting Partners.Skills Needed:
