Essential Functions Multiple projects based on the needs at that time (e.g. optimization of financial reporting processes, automate reports, ...) Create reporting dashboards with Power-BI Further development and optimization of our SharePoint Make positive contributions to the company and bring fresh ideas for continuous improvement Further development and optimization of approval process for purchase requesitions Tracking of cost saving measures as well as optimization of process & reporting Support general business processes which expose Finance processes of an international company Support controlling activities and take over responsibility for some process steps (e.g. update cost planning in collaboration with business partners) Support month-end closing activities (e.g. upload monthly headcount & cost actuals in financial planning system TM1, perform sense checks, conduct deviation analysis, ...) Support reporting activities from Mercedes Benz U.S. International Inc. to Mercedes-Benz AG in Germany Prepare presentations to support management decision making processes Support daily operations of our financial planning system TM1 Qualifications Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position. Education Student in: Finance/ Controlling, Industrial Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
