$110,000.00+ per year (Based on experience)

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required Master's degree preferred Active CPA license required Valid Arkansas Class D Driver's License or ability to obtain Experience Requirements 3+ years of progressive accounting, auditing, or financial analysis experience preferred Experience in public accounting, internal audit, external audit, banking, payroll, tax, bookkeeping, or related financial functions Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and general ledger systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Preferred Qualifications Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to analyze financial trends and operational processes Experience evaluating internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures Skilled at building relationships with leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams Ability to prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, and use hands for computer work Lift and move up to 40 pounds as needed Work in both office and operational environments May occasionally be exposed to outdoor conditions, machinery, noise, or industrial settings Job Duties Conduct internal financial and operational audits to identify improvement opportunities Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and compliance Monitor cash, investment, and pension account activity Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare reports for leadership review Coordinate external audit requests and required documentation Present findings and recommendations to management and Board leadership Analyze financial data, operational performance, and special projects Support process improvements, compliance initiatives, and organizational best practices Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
