We are a small manufacturing company looking for a detail-oriented individual to perform and drive financial responsibilities and meet company objectives. Requirements include strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage all financial operations within the company. Responsibilities Schedule all operational functions with team to support company's strategic plans Provide financial reports and manage financial controls Guide decision-making by monitoring and enforcing company policies and procedures Review and prepare all work orders for production Prepare bi-weekly cash flows Prepare all general ledger entries and account analysis for monthly financial statements Prepare all tax return work papers for outside CPA firm Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all departments Maintain project lists and assignments with team Initiate and review all banking arrangements, including lines of credit Oversee outside IT consultants and maintain all network/email/telephone activity Initiate and review all legal contracts; contact with outside attorney Prepare and maintain inventory costing and pricing for special projects Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements Perform all other duties as assigned Skills BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar preferred Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory role in finance/administration management Minimum 5+ years in a manufacturing environment A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles including cost accounting and financial reporting requirements Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations Excellent knowledge of
