Need to be fluent (read, write, speak) Bachelors Degree Job description Oversee and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in financial audits and tax filings, coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Lead and coordinate annual financial audits, including preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and responding to external auditor requests. Support the development of financial strategies and business decisions. Train and mentor accounting staff to ensure professional growth and team efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience Bilingual in Chinese and English. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Hands-on experience coordinating and supporting company audits and related compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
