This position supports the Special Finance Department by assisting customers throughout the financing process, coordinating documentation, communicating with lenders, and ensuring a smooth vehicle purchasing experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers achieve vehicle ownership. Responsibilities Assist the Special Finance Manager with daily operations. Contact customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Gather and verify customer information and required documentation. Submit credit applications and assist with lender communication. Prepare deal jackets and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with sales, finance, and accounting departments to ensure timely processing. Monitor lender stipulations and obtain missing documentation. Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process. Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership or finance experience preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (experience with Reynolds, RouteOne, or similar software is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $22. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
