$63.50/hour on W2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager III to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, performance analysis, and strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A/commercial finance experience and excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses. Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, and other teams. Identify financial risks, opportunities, and process improvements. Support audits, internal controls, and financial compliance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders. Support strategic projects and improve financial processes using technology and AI tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or related finance functions. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in consumer products, retail, beauty, or other commercial environments. MBA and/or CPA is a plus. NIT01

Pay:

$63.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
