The successful candidate will work closely with Principals and Partners across a variety of investment opportunities and portfolio company initiatives. The firm operates with lean deal teams, providing Associates with broad exposure and significant responsibility throughout the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and execute new platform investment opportunities Perform financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis Conduct industry, market, and company due diligence Support transaction execution and deal process management Participate in add-on acquisition sourcing and execution Assist in investment committee materials and presentations Partner with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation efforts

Qualifications:

1-3 years of investment banking experience Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Experience supporting M&A transactions and due diligence processes Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic Interest in private equity investing and company building
