This position will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to managing accounting processes.

Keys:

Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and compliance functions Review subcontractor billing and contract-related accounting activities Ensure compliance with labor regulations and union payroll requirements Support financial audits, reconciliations, and internal controls Partner with project teams and operational leadership Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Lead and mentor accounting staff while remaining involved in daily operations

Required:
