Position Responsibilities:
Deliver volume, revenue, gross profit, and operating income plan for all customers at the channel level to include presenting and aligning on sources of price package plans and executional elements Manage complex spirits DSD and warehouse pricing structures and scan programs to maximize customer value to ensure legal compliance Lead spirits category tactics and actions with regional customer buying offices as well as deploy and steward channel execution priorities with market unit field sales teams Develop and refine promotion strategies to improve ROI and align with supplier Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and commercial leads on customer business strategy and present business results and price strategy initiatives Run and engage in weekly and day to day discussion with cross functional team including marketing and supply chain with monthly performance reviews to affect results and monitor and analyze plan performance and forecasts versus business targets and budget Build core capabilities of direct reports and team through effective talent management including defining clear roles and responsibilities and feedback Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience
