Payroll and Record Rockstar:

The Accounting Manager keeps payroll and employee records grooving, making sure paychecks, new hires, and benefits stay on beat. Every Tuesday, they drop a productivity report like it's hot and track vacation and sick days with superhero precision!

Leading Teams & Energizing Meetings:

Keeps an eye on Guest Services and Night Audit teams to make sure they're on point with accounting, leads Night Auditor training sessions, and spices up staff meetings with fun, effective training—Aimbridge style! Jumps in for MOD duty when needed!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree with 3 years' related experience, Bachelor's with 1 year, or 5 years' progressive hotel/related field experience. Strong proficiency with Windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting. Supervisory experience required. Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations. Skilled at understanding complex information, addressing concerns, and working with financial data and basic math.
