Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. Experience in financial modeling.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in a corporate financial planning and analysis at a fast paced/high growth technology company preferably in Hardware Finance or Operations space. Experience with regularly presenting to executive management. Experience in management, reporting and analysis on Product Costing and Other Cost of Goods using AI tools, SAP, and tableau. Excellent business judgment and conviction skills to communicate and influence business partners. Ability to be organized, strategically focused, and detail oriented to work with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment. Excellent communication and people management skills with a track record of partnership and collaboration across stakeholders. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Build complex models and provide investigative assistance on business cases related to Cogs opportunities, feature tradeoffs, operational process improvements and optimization on finance and business infrastructure. Establish and track cost goals, balance sheet health checks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor Cost of Goods Sold (Cogs) and Operating Cost of Goods Sold (OCOGs) performance trends, minimize Excess and Obsolete (E&O) and optimize parts consumption trends. Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, Legal, Supply Chain and Operations, and other finance teams to improve existing and implementing new initiatives to increase business efficiency and enable growth. Participate in discussions to guide and Influence decision making through investigative insight into profit and loss, profitability optimization and efficient use of resources.
