This role includes preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, managing general ledger activity, and overseeing journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The Accounting Manager will maintain and reconcile fixed asset records, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial analysis to guide business decisions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating month-end and year-end close, collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as auditors, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls. Qualifications Strong financial reporting skills, including preparation and review of Financial Statements and related disclosures. Proficiency in core accounting processes such as Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger maintenance. Experience managing Fixed Assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation. Solid Finance knowledge combined with demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. Experience in construction, real estate development, or a related industry is preferred. Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
