Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and enhance critical financial operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close activities, including fixed assets, accruals, excise tax filing, and balance sheet liability reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.
• Provide support to ensure smooth transaction flows between procurement, production, and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and implement robust internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial data for management reporting within tight deadlines.
• Contribute to annual audit processes and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team by providing accurate reports to support forecasting and budgeting.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Automate manual processes using advanced tools, AI solutions, and technology-based workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related needs and resolve ambiguous situations effectively.
