Accounting Manager | Onsite A well-established, growth-oriented company in the agriculture/manufacturing space is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This onsite role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of up to 5 accounting staff Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures Support budgeting and forecasting efforts Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to support business decisions Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls Prior leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop a team Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Self-starter who can operate effectively in a hands-on environment #LI-CS3 #
