This is a great opportunity to build your financial skillset through hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, audits, and client support all while contributing to the operational and fiscal health of the unit. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:
$28.24 per hour - $36.54 per hour What's in it for you Support key budgeting and financial close processes that ensure timely and accurate reporting Participate in audits and help implement corrective actions that strengthen internal controls Prepare and review financial reports and special analysis to guide leadership decisions Provide recommendations to improve financial procedures and support profitability goals Collaborate with operational leaders to resolve billing issues and maintain strong client relationships Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards Gain exposure to financial systems and processes that lay the foundation for career growth in corporate finance What you'll bring Foundational accounting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for accuracy Skillset to manage financial records and reporting for student operations and in- house catering services Willingness to travel occasionally to support audits, inventory, and on-site financial reviews A collaborative mindset and confidence in communicating financial insights to leadership Curiosity and a growth-oriented attitude with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Requirements Education Requirement:
