Napa Valley Job Description:

Month End Close, Daily Operational Accounting support including high focus on billing, collections and management of receivables. Manage the accounting team, including hiring and training staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards. Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against projections. Maintain positive relationships with internal external stakeholders, including vendors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Experience:

Logistics/distribution industry experience preferred Month End Close GAAP experience Full AP, AR Collections Billing confidence at a hands-on level Supervisory Experience highly desired at least in a lead capacity
