full-time About the Opportunity An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to lead key accounting functions, partner with senior stakeholders, and contribute to financial reporting and operational excellence across a complex business environment. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities and oversee the preparation of financial reporting packages. Manage, mentor, and develop a small accounting team. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support reporting requirements and business objectives. Oversee audits, consolidations, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and other core accounting activities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting effectiveness. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading accounting teams and managing the financial close process. Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise. Advanced Excel skills; experience with large ERP systems is preferred. Public accounting experience is highly valued. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
