Key Responsibilities Manage the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, cash management, and preparation of accurate financial statements. Document accounting procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer to support long-term operational success. Provide financial reporting and support for management, sales, and customer service teams. Reconcile inventory and sales activity across multiple entities to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain strong accounting practices with a focus on process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Serve as a trusted resource for financial analysis and ad hoc reporting requests. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within manufacturing, distribution, or a similar operational environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or equivalent functions). Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, DDI, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms. Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative onsite environment.
