We're partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking an FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role that will drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, building financial models, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing business. SaaS and/or Private Equity-backed experience is preferred but not required. FP&A Manager Responsibilities Lead the company's annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives Prepare board presentations, executive reporting packages, and monthly financial reviews Analyze business performance, KPIs, and financial trends while providing actionable recommendations to leadership Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation Manage and mentor the FP&A team while helping develop best practices across the finance function Drive process improvements through automation, AI tools, and enhanced financial reporting Collaborate closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, pricing analysis, and executive decision-making Preferred Qualifications for the FP&A Manager 7-10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with leadership responsibilities Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Strong financial modeling, business partnering, and executive presentation skills Experience preparing board-level reporting and supporting senior leadership Advanced Excel skills with the ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred SaaS and/or Private Equity-backed company experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $140,000
