We're considering candidates from Senior Accountant through Accounting Manager level who bring a strong hands-on accounting background and the ability to prepare financial statements, review others' work, and support financial operations. What we're looking for: Degree in Accounting or a related field Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, including pivot tables Financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and review experience Budgeting and financial reporting experience Payroll experience, ideally including reconciliation to Form 941 Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with grants, condominium accounting, government, or nonprofit organizations is a plus. Candidates who started their careers in public accounting/audit and transitioned into hands-on accounting are encouraged to apply!
