Whole Family Health Center (WFHC) is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) to lead and strengthen our revenue cycle operations. For more than 25 years, Whole Family Health Center has served Florida's Treasure Coast with an integrated approach to healthcare, providing Adult & Pediatric Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Complete Women's Health, and Pharmacy services. We're looking for a leader who doesn't just manage the revenue cycle—you understand how each part of the process connects and can bring people, processes, and data together to drive meaningful results. What You'll Do As our Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll provide leadership and oversight across the revenue cycle while working closely with clinical, operational, and financial leadership. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, payment posting, denial management, and reimbursement. Drive strategies to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and strengthen overall revenue cycle performance. Monitor and act on key performance indicators such as clean claim rate, days in A/R, denial rate, net collection rate, write-off rate, and collection performance . Lead denial management efforts, identify root causes, and develop strategies to address aged accounts. Ensure claims are submitted accurately and timely in accordance with payer-specific requirements, modifiers, and guidelines. Partner with Revenue Systems, Practice Management, Finance, and other departments to identify trends and improve workflows. Collaborate with Front Desk and Call Center leadership to improve registration accuracy and prevent front-end issues from becoming billing problems. Develop training and process improvements based on operational trends and performance data. Support audit readiness and maintain strong documentation standards. Recruit, train, coach, develop, and evaluate Revenue Cycle Billing & Operations staff. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development . Ensure revenue cycle operations remain compliant with applicable federal, state, CMS, AHCA, HRSA, and payer requirements.
