2996439219-2 Apply for this job now Job Description SAAB is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insight on cost, margin, and capital investments across complex defense and security programs. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and program teams to improve profitability, ensure compliance, and support strategic decisions. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for manufacturing operations Perform cost, margin, and variance analysis across programs and product lines Develop financial models to evaluate pricing, capital investments, and program profitability Prepare and present clear financial reports and insights to senior leadership Partner with engineering, operations, and program management to drive cost efficiency Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP, and defense-related requirements Monitor and improve financial processes, KPIs, and reporting accuracy Support strategic planning, bids, and business cases for new opportunities Required Skills Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Manufacturing cost accounting Budgeting and forecasting Financial modeling and Excel SAP or similar ERP systems Data analysis and reporting Variance and margin analysis Capital investment evaluation Risk and compliance management Stakeholder communication
