Reporting to the CFO, this is a hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership and responsibility for turning financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A fundamentals along with the ability to work directly with data, build financial models, improve reporting, and partner across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. Analyze financial and operating results, including budget-to-actual and forecast variances. Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and executive-level financial presentations. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with Plant Operations, Sales, and other functional leaders to support business performance and decision-making. Extract and analyze financial data from multiple sources to improve the quality and timeliness of reporting. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes. Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 7+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience. Experience within a manufacturing or similarly operationally complex environment preferred. Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills. Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with complex financial models. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools. Ability to work with and extract data independently. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership. Hands-on, analytical approach with the ability to operate effectively in a growing organization.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:
